About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and results-driven AI Integrator based in Colombia to lead the adoption and implementation of AI solutions across the organization. This role focuses on identifying operational inefficiencies, integrating AI tools into daily workflows, and driving automation initiatives that improve productivity, decision-making, and business performance.

The ideal candidate is passionate about emerging AI technologies, understands business operations, and can bridge the gap between technology and teams to deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

Identify business processes that can be optimized through AI and automation

Research, evaluate, and implement AI tools that improve operational efficiency

Design and optimize AI-powered workflows across multiple departments

Build automations using AI platforms and no-code/low-code tools





Collaborate with leadership to develop AI strategies aligned with business goals

Train and support employees on the effective use of AI tools and best practices

Monitor AI initiatives, measure performance, and recommend continuous improvements

Develop documentation, SOPs, and implementation guides for AI processes

Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions

Ensure AI implementations align with company security, compliance, and operational standards

Requirements

Proven experience implementing AI solutions, workflow automation, or digital transformation projects

Strong knowledge of AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, or similar

Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Power Automate, or similar platforms

Strong understanding of business operations and process optimization

Experience creating AI workflows, prompts, and automation solutions for business environments

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills

Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams

Advanced English communication (written and verbal)

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment

Must be based in Colombia

Preferred Qualifications

Experience integrating AI with CRM, project management, or business productivity platforms

Knowledge of APIs and system integrations

Experience with prompt engineering and AI governance

Background in operations, business process improvement, or digital transformation

Experience leading AI adoption, training initiatives, or organizational change management
