Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience preferred
- 2-3 years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant supporting immigration, personal injury, or related legal practice areas
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, calendar management software, and CRM or case management systems
- General knowledge of the legal services industry and legal processes
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and legal writing skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong attention to detail, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve individual and team goals

Responsibilities





- Assist attorneys in handling personal injury cases throughout the legal process.
- Coordinate, schedule, and confirm litigation events, including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
- Draft initial legal documents, including complaints, discovery requests, and notices of appearance.
- Prepare legal motions and discovery responses.
- File court documents accurately and on time on behalf of attorneys.
- Monitor case deadlines and maintain accurate litigation calendars.
- Record, organize, and maintain case information within the case management system (CMS).
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and timely management of legal documentation.
