How You Will Contribute And What You Will Learn

- Coordinate customer order intake to ensure seamless order processing.
- Manage the ordering of hardware, software, and services efficiently.
- Create and oversee transactions including purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices for timely execution.
- Capture demand,



purchase, and goods receipt while verifying invoices to support procurement processes.
- Plan transportation logistics and verify freight costs for optimal distribution execution.
- Ensure accurate customer invoicing and resolution of discrepancies.
- Drive continuous improvement in order management processes, contributing to overall business success.

Key Skills And Experience You're a great fit if you have:

- Upper Intermediate English.
- 0-2 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash process.
- Experience in logistics process & management.
