Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to join our Accounting team. The idóneo candidate will have experience in payroll processing, accounting support, and data management. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate payroll administration, maintaining employee payroll records, supporting payroll-related processes, and collaborating with internal teams while maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner according to company policies and payroll regulations.

Maintain and update employee payroll records, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Review payroll information to identify and resolve discrepancies before processing.

Support payroll-related inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders.

Prepare payroll reports and assist with payroll reconciliations as needed.

Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized payroll documentation.

Collaborate with Accounting, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.





Utilize Excel and other payroll systems to manage payroll data efficiently.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and payroll standards.

Perform additional payroll and accounting-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

Education in Payroll, Accounting, or a related field.

1+ year of experience in Payroll, Accounting, or a related role.

Experience processing payroll and supporting payroll administration.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.

Proactive attitude with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
