Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO) - US Construction: Lighting & Electrical

Location: Remote (Preference: LATAM / Open to: South Africa & Philippines)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time (US)

Compensation: $4000-$4500 per month

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to partner with the Founder during an exciting phase of rapid growth. The company expects to scale significantly over the coming months, and this role will be instrumental in building operational structure, developing teams, and driving execution.

The COO will oversee daily operations, implement scalable systems, and ensure the business continues to grow efficiently while maintaining exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute operational strategies that support company growth.
- Build and optimize scalable business processes.
- Lead cross-functional teams and department managers.
- Establish KPIs and performance reporting.
- Drive operational excellence across the organization.




- Improve workflows, efficiency, and resource allocation.
- Partner with leadership on strategic planning and execution.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and operational performance.
- Build organizational structure to support rapid scaling.
- Ensure accountability across all business functions.

Required Qualifications

- Significant operational leadership experience.
- Experience scaling businesses during periods of rapid growth.
- Strong people management experience.
- Excellent financial and business acumen.
- Experience building systems, processes, and operational frameworks.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- Must come out of a construction background.

Preferred Qualifications

- U.S. construction industry experience.
- Experience leading remote international teams.
- Experience in construction operations or project-based businesses.
