Deel is seeking a Senior People Systems Analyst — Automations to help scale our internal HR product through automation across 150+ countries. You will design, build, and optimize automations connecting Deel tools with People, Finance, and Product teams.
You will work hands-on with Zapier, Jira, Claude-based tools, and our internal systems to reduce manual work and improve data integrity and user experience globally.
