What You’ll Do

- Own key portions of the monthly and annual close without follow-up
- Perform deep reconciliations and resolve discrepancies independently
- Work across systems (QuickBooks, ERPs, payroll & expense tools)
- Identify inefficiencies and implement automation
- Maintain audit-ready documentation at all times
- Proactively flag risks, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities

Requirements (non-negotiable)

- 4–6 years of hands‑on accounting experience
- Proven ownership of close processes (not just support)
- Strong QuickBooks or ERP experience
- Experience with payroll, AP/AR, and reconciliations
- Advanced English (daily communication with U.S. team)
High attention to detail and low tolerance for errors
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment

Nice to Have

- US GAAP experience
- Startup or high‑growth company background
- CPA or equivalent
