? Job Description

The Recruiter / Human Resources will be responsible for the full cycle of caregiver recruitment, onboarding, and HR support functions. This role is key to attracting and retaining qualified and compassionate caregivers, while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

✅ Key Responsibilities

? Recruit and interview CNAs, HHAs, and support staff
? Conduct reference checks, background screenings, and credential verifications
? Coordinate caregiver orientations and skill evaluations
?️ Maintain employee files per state and AHCA requirements
? Support scheduling team with staffing and communication




? Maintain HR databases with updated employee info
? Monitor certification renewals, CEUs, fingerprints, and training compliance
? Participate in performance reviews and disciplinary actions
? Promote employee engagement and retention programs
? Assist Director of Operations with HR compliance, audits, and reporting

? Skills & Qualifications

✔️ 2 years in HR, recruiting, or healthcare staffing (homecare preferred)
✔️ Knowledge of AHCA requirements and caregiver credentialing
✔️ Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
✔️ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
✔️ Proficient in Microsoft Office, HR software, ATS, or scheduling platforms
✔️ Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple tasks under pressure
? Preferred: Experience in home health or healthcare agency setting
