TargetBay is looking for a motivated and confident Sales Development Representative to help grow our outbound sales pipeline in the United States. In this role, you will identify and connect with ecommerce brands and digital agencies, introduce them to TargetBay’s solutions, and schedule qualified meetings for our sales team. We are looking for someone who is comfortable reaching prospects through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other outbound channels—not someone who relies solely on cold email.

What You'll Do:

Research and identify qualified ecommerce brands and agency prospects

Reach out to decision-makers through phone, email, and LinkedIn

Start conversations, understand potential needs, and communicate TargetBay’s value

Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team

Follow up consistently with interested prospects

Maintain accurate prospect information and activity in the CRM





Work toward monthly outreach, meeting, and pipeline goals What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in sales development, appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound sales

Excellent spoken and written English

Confidence speaking with U.S.-based business owners and decision-makers

Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills A proactive, dependable, and coachable approach

Comfortable working in a performance-focused sales environment

Reliable internet, headset, and quiet workspace Preferred Experience

Experience with SaaS, ecommerce, Shopify, digital marketing agencies, email marketing, or selling to U.S.-based companies is helpful but not required.
