Welcome to fundraising... elevated. What do we believe in at Cirrus?

- Everyone is an entrepreneur About This Role As a Senior Associate within our emerging Debt Capital Markets team, you will be a key team member at an early-stage FinTech/LendTech, helping shape the future of our organization with each valuable touchpoint with prospective clients and partners. - Deal distribution and pipeline management: Manage both the initial distribution of opportunities to prospective lenders and the ongoing enrichment of the process — refreshing materials, broadening outreach, and re-engaging counterparties to maximize competitive tension and optimize outcomes.
- Relationship management and communication: Serve as a central point of contact,
driving proactive follow-up with and between lenders and clients. Maintain clear, timely, and professional communication to keep all parties aligned and transactions moving forward.
