At Publicis Production, based in Bogotá, Colombia, we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst with 2+ years of experience supporting end-to-end recruitment processes within post-production, media, creative, or IT/Tech environments. The mission of this role is to execute talent attraction and selection processes effectively, ensuring a positive candidate and stakeholder experience while supporting the achievement of hiring goals within a global offshoring delivery model. KEY RESPONSABILITIES:

- Execute end-to-end recruitment processes for creative, media, production, post-production, and technology roles.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to gather position requirements, align expectations, and support hiring decisions.
- Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records within the company’s ATS platforms.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to evaluate qualifications, experience, and alignment with role requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and process follow-up.
- Support the generation and analysis of recruitment metrics and reports to monitor process effectiveness.




- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition team members and stakeholders to meet hiring SLAs and business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with internal recruitment processes, policies, and data privacy standards.

QUALIFICATIONS & TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or talent sourcing.
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
- Strong sourcing skills utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and other talent attraction tools.
- Experience supporting recruitment processes for creative, marketing, production, or technology profiles.
- Familiarity with AI-powered tools for recruitment and sourcing activities.
- Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques.
- Intermediate Excel skills and proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1) to interact with global Hiring Managers and candidates. WHAT WE OFFER
