Construction and Real Estate Experience: Familiarity with construction or real estate development, including knowledge of trades, materials, and current market pricing. Software Proficiency: Comfortable using estimating and project management software, along with strong skills in Excel. Attention to Detail:



Excellent numerical accuracy and strong organizational skills to ensure precision in financial reporting. Communication Skills: Ability to clearly communicate findings and assumptions in both written and verbal formats, tailored to non-technical audiences. Independent and Collaborative Work: Capable of working independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams. Construction, Architectural, or Engineering Background: A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
