Your role includes answering questions, engaging in the group chat, and ensuring participants understand our webinar system's benefits. Schedule

Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.

Must Haves

- 2+ years of experience in customer service, virtual assistance, or a related role
- 2+ years using webinar platforms and communication tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack)
- 2+ years with CRM tools (e.g., HighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce)




- Strong written communication skills for group chats and Q&A; sessions
- Knowledge of real estate or mortgage industry terminology is a plus
- Ability to multitask and engage actively in live webinar discussions

Plusses

- College or University degree in business, engineering, or marketing
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams
- Previous experience working with real estate agents or mortgage brokers
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or advertising strategies
