Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role based in Bogota, D.C. The volunteer will support project teams in activities such as collecting and organizing information, assisting with documentation, and contributing to the preparation of presentations and reports. Daily tasks may include coordinating with internal stakeholders, helping with basic research on digital trends and client industries, and supporting the planning and logistics of workshops or meetings.





The role may also involve assisting with simple administrative tasks, updating internal tools or databases, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in strategy, design, technology, and AI initiatives. The volunteer will gain hands-on experience in a digital consulting environment and contribute to projects that deliver measurable value for clients.

Qualifications

Ability to perform basic research, analyze information, and summarize findings clearly.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and organization.

Interest in digital transformation, strategy, design, technology, or artificial intelligence.

Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and supporting multiple tasks at once.

Proficiency with common office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software).

Ability to work on-site in Bogota, D.C., and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.

Ongoing studies or recent completion of a degree in business, communications, design, technology, or related fields is a plus.

Professional fluency in Spanish; English language skills are an advantage for general collaboration.
