Insurance Sales Virtual

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Sales Virtual Assistant to join our growing team.

If you are energetic, organized, persuasive, and enjoy helping clients while working in a fast-paced sales environment, this opportunity is for you.

? 100% Remote – Work from Home

Applicants must be based in Colombia.

Key Responsibilities

Contact new and existing leads by phone, text message, and email.

Qualify prospects and identify their insurance needs.

Schedule appointments for licensed insurance agents.

Follow up consistently with leads and current clients.

Assist with gathering information for insurance quotes and applications.

Provide general product information using approved scripts and materials.

Support the sales process for Auto Insurance and Medicare.

Identify cross-selling opportunities within the agency's existing client base.

Maintain accurate notes, tasks, and follow-up activities in the CRM.

Track lead status, appointments, quotes, and sales performance.

Assist with renewal, retention, and referral campaigns.

Meet daily and weekly call, appointment, and follow-up goals.

Follow agency procedures, privacy policies, and compliance guidelines. Requirements

✅ Previous experience working with Auto Insurance or Medicare in the U.S. insurance market is required.

An insurance license is NOT required.



What is essential is previous hands-on experience and knowledge working with Auto Insurance and Medicare in the U.S. insurance market. Fluent conversational English is required.

Passion for sales and providing excellent customer service.

Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills.

Goal-oriented with a proactive attitude.

Experience in insurance sales, customer service, appointment setting, or lead generation.

Experience using CRM systems, dialers, email, and scheduling tools.

Reliable computer, headset, high-speed internet, and a professional home office setup.
