Are you ready to take your CCTV expertise to a rapidly growing tech hub? We're looking for a CCTV Specialist to join our team in Bogotá, Colombia, where youll design, deploy, and maintain advanced surveillance systems that support both public and private operations in a dynamic city.

What You'll Do
- Design, install, and configure CCTV and IP camera systems across multiple locations
- Manage and maintain surveillance hardware including NVRs, PoE switches, and cabling
- Conduct regular system audits, optimize video network performance, and troubleshoot issues
- Implement corrective maintenance, repairs, and upgrades when necessary
- Work closely with IT, security, and operations teams to integrate CCTV systems with broader infrastructure
- Create and maintain detailed documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures
- Research and apply emerging technologies and best practices in video surveillance

Who You Are
- Experienced with CCTV systems, IP cameras, and video surveillance networks
- Solid technical understanding of networking concepts such as PoE, VLANs,



and video compression
- Skilled problem-solver, able to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges
- Excellent communicator and collaborative team player
- Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable working independently or across teams
- Versátil and willing to travel to different sites as required
