THE POSITION:

At STACK, the Senior Accountant is an essential part of the Finance and Accounting Department. You will be responsible for the monthly production and maintenance of all general ledger accounting, lead and manage the monthly close process, assist with financial statement preparation and analysis, technical accounting, process improvement, external audit coordination, and be the right‑hand person to the Accounting Manager.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Complete the month end close process and preparation of journal entries
- Prepare monthly financial package including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement with budget vs vigente commentary
- Evaluate and record transactions to the general ledger timely and accurately
- Analyze and interpret complex accounting transactions in accordance with GAAP
