We're hiring a Social Media Manager to run Decibel's social presence day to day. This is a hands-on role for someone who lives on social platforms: posting daily, replying to comments and mentions, engaging with the community, and jumping into the conversations that matter. Alongside managing the accounts, you'll create the content that fuels them. RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage Decibel's social accounts day to day and keep every channel active
- Reply to comments, mentions, and DMs; engage with the community in real time
- Join relevant conversations across X, Reddit, StockTwits, Telegram, and Discord
- Grow engagement and community presence through timely, on-brand interaction
- Schedule posts and maintain a consistent publishing cadence
- Create short-form video, graphics, and posts native to each platform
- Turn market events and trends into timely content
- Use AI tools for ideation, scripting, and copy REQUIREMENTS
- A university degree in marketing,



communications, design, or a related field
- Experience managing social media accounts (posting, replying, engaging)
- Professional English, written and spoken
- Strong understanding of short-form content and platform trends
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content tools
- A portfolio or examples of social content you've created
- Availability to work full-time, on-site in Medellín NICE TO HAVE
- Interest in trading, financial markets, crypto, or internet culture
- Experience managing brand social media accounts
