We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who will act as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring they get maximum value from the platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, thinks critically, and communicates with empathy and precision.
You’ll be working with a integral client base, so exceptional English fluency is required. This is a hands-on role that combines relationship management, technical onboarding, and strategic problem-solving.
What You’ll Do
Portfolio Management
- Act as a trusted advisor for a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market accounts
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders

Retention & Growth
- Drive high customer retention and satisfaction
- Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts

Technical Onboarding
- Guide clients through the technical setup and onboarding process
- Ensure the platform integrates smoothly with existing HR and recruiting tools

Proactive Problem Solving
- Anticipate client needs and address issues before they escalate




- Troubleshoot product-related questions and workflow challenges

Strategic Communication
- Deliver clear, professional, and supportive communication
- Guide clients through platform updates, feature releases, and process improvements

Product & Engineering Collaboration
- Collect and translate customer feedback into actionable insights
- Partner closely with product and engineering teams to improve the platform

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management
- Background in HR tech, recruitment, or staffing is a strong plus
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern hiring workflows
- Perfect English fluency — able to lead high-stakes meetings and write complex professional communications
- Strong technical aptitude: comfortable troubleshooting software and explaining technical concepts to non-technical users
