What You'll Do

Own production from concept and scoping through execution, delivery, and postmortem. Translate ambitious creative ideas into clear roadmaps, timelines, and deliverables while preserving original creative intent. Define scope, allocate resources, and manage expectations across creative, strategy, tech, and account teams. Drive meetings, reviews, and communications that keep stakeholders aligned, energized, and focused.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of relevant experience in project management, creative production, or agency environments. Proven ability to lead multiple projects with shifting priorities and tight timelines. Proficiency with Asana, Notion, Google Workspace, Figma, and Miro. Excellent English communication skills (B2+ level or above).
