About the Role

At Publicis Global Delivery (PGD), we're looking for a Senior Paid Search Specialist to join our global Media team.

If you're passionate about performance marketing, enjoy building data-driven strategies, and have experience optimizing campaigns across multiple Search platforms, this is your opportunity to work with integral brands and international teams while driving measurable business results.

You'll play a key role in developing, optimizing, and scaling Paid Search campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leveraging leading advertising platforms.

? Who Are We Looking For?

We're looking for professionals with:

- 3+ years of experience managing Paid Search campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads (required)
- Microsoft Bing Ads
- Search Ads 360 (SA360)
- Google Ads Editor
- Experience building campaigns from scratch and optimizing performance through data-driven strategies.
- Strong knowledge of:
- Keyword research and strategy
- Match types and negative keywords
- Smart bidding strategies
- Budget management and campaign pacing
- Performance analysis and reporting
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.




- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
