Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.





4+ years of experience leading operations teams in a senior leadership role within a BPO, logistics, or service-driven environment.

Proven experience managing enterprise-level accounts and executive client relationships.

Strong experience leading Directors, Senior Managers, Operations Managers, or equivalent leadership structures.

Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence, process improvements, scalability, and business growth initiatives.

Experience overseeing account profitability, cost control, operational metrics, and strategic planning.

Strong analytical, reporting, and decision-making skills with the ability to present business insights to executive stakeholders.

Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2 level) is required due to frequent interaction with U.S.-based clients and executive leadership.
