About the role

This is a senior delivery role built around Forte's most complex programs: multi-year, government-funded workforce programs serving thousands of participants, starting with our largest to date. You'll spend the first few months working with our Head of Delivery to learn how Forte runs outcome-based programs. From there, you own each program assigned to you day to day: the providers, the client relationship, the outcome data and documentation that triggers payment (what we call evidence), and the results we sign our name to.

As each program launches and PMs get staffed on it, you sit above them and set the standard for their work.

What you'll do

Own end-to-end delivery of the programs you're assigned: enrollment, training execution, provider supervision, evidence collection, and outcome reporting.

Run the client relationship directly. You lead the meetings, the presentations, and the hard conversations.

Coordinate training providers and hold them to contract terms and quality standards.

Manage the evidence and reporting that outcome-based payments depend on. In our model, delivery quality is revenue.

Coordinate and set the standard for the Delivery PMs staffed on your active program.

Use AI tools to run more of the program with less manual work, and keep looking for the next thing to automate.

Travel to client sites up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

Senior project or delivery management experience running large, multi-stakeholder programs end to end.

Experience delivering under government contracts or with institutional funders, where evidence, audits, and formal reporting are part of the job.

Fluent, professional English and Spanish. You can present to clients and win their trust in either one.

Strong client skills. You're comfortable being the face of the work in the room where decisions happen.





High attention to detail and output others rely on without re-checking.

You already use AI tools in your daily work and keep pushing what they can take off your plate.

Based in Medellín, with a valid US visa and availability to travel up to 50%.

We care more about your track record than your formal qualifications.

What success looks like in 12 months

Each program you take on launches on schedule and hits its enrollment and training milestones.

Providers deliver on contract, and problems get caught early instead of escalating.

Evidence and reporting are audit-ready, so payment milestones clear without friction.

By month 12, you run your programs with real autonomy, with a tight delivery team and a leader behind you, and the client sees you as the owner.
