Hey everyone! This is Laura from CI&T;'s Talent Attraction Team :) I am looking for a talented Senior Data Engineer who has a strong background in both data pipelines and cloud infrastructure.

You'll be building our client's near-real-time data platform to solve complex data synchronization challenges. This role is hands‑on and requires deploying, tuning, and operating key tools like DataHub and self‑managed Confluent (Kafka) connectors on a Kubernetes platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Deploy, tune, and operate data pipelines on Kubernetes.
- Implement and manage Confluent Kafka ecosystem components, including Kafka Connect, Debezium CDC, and Snowflake sync.




- Configure and operate data governance tools such as DataHub.
- Build and maintain enterprise data warehouses on Snowflake.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for EDW and real‑time streaming use cases.
- Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for ETL/ELT processes.
- Design and implement Data Lake / Data Warehouse solutions.

Required Qualifications

- Advanced or fluent English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
- Proven experience deploying, tuning, and debugging applications on Kubernetes at an operational level.
- Hands‑on experience with the Confluent Kafka ecosystem, especially Kafka Connect (Debezium CDC, Snowflake sync).
- Experience with data governance tools, preferably deploying, configuring, or operating DataHub.
- Strong experience with Snowflake for enterprise data warehousing.
- Strong knowledge of SQL.
