Qualifications

Required Experience

- 4 to 6 years of proven SEO experience with a successful track record of growing organic search traffic and conversions
- Experience supporting the Senior SEO Strategist in developing and implementing SEO strategies and tactics
- Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics, SEO best practices, and inbound marketing strategies
- In-depth experience with website analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and Adobe Analytics, with expertise in goal setting, e-commerce tracking, and custom reporting
- Google Analytics Certification is preferred
- Experience working with content management systems, including WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, and Vignette
- Experience using project management tools and methodologies, including Asana, Basecamp, and Jira
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development principles and technical constraints is an advantage




- Strong attention to detail with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to effectively manage time and priorities

Responsibilities

- Perform ongoing keyword research and deliver keyword targeting and metadata recommendations using Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, SEMRush, Google Analytics, and other SEO tools
- Audit websites to identify quick-win opportunities and deliver prioritized recommendations for improving SEO rankings through technical optimization, content enhancements, and link strategies
- Research and analyze competitor content and backlink profiles
- Audit, optimize, and maintain Google Business Profiles through citation building, content updates, NAP consistency monitoring, and monthly reporting
- Recommend improvements to website architecture, content, internal linking,



and other SEO factors to improve keyword rankings
- Prepare and analyze monthly SEO performance reports with actionable insights
- Support the Senior SEO Strategist in developing and implementing SEO strategies and tactics
