Job Title: Retail Dispute & Claims SpecialistRole Summary

Contract Rate: 3,000,000–3,700,000 COP/month (≈ $800–$1,000 USD), depending on experience

We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Dispute & Claims Specialist to lead revenue recovery and payment accuracy efforts. This role requires a professional who can navigate both automated retail portals and manual dispute processes. You will investigate deductions, resolve discrepancies across a wide range of retailers, and provide thorough reporting.

A major component of this role involves managing email communication and collaborating with internal and external clients to identify and correct the root causes of their claims.

Core Responsibilities

- Comprehensive Dispute Resolution: Audit and contest unauthorized deductions—including shortages, pricing errors, and compliance fines—across Walmart, Target, Walgreens, CVS, and an extensive list of other national and regional retailers.
- Beyond the Portal: Manage complex disputes that require manual intervention, including direct negotiations via email correspondence and phone with retail adjusters and accounts payable departments.
- Root Cause Correction: Analyze recurring issues and provide guidance to clients on how to correct shipping, billing, or labeling errors at the source to prevent future financial loss.
- Thorough Reporting: Maintain meticulously organized logs of all claims,



providing clear and consistent reports on recovery progress, aging balances, and win rates.

Key Requirements

- Multi-Retailer Expertise: Proven experience with Walmart (Retail Link/APDP), Target (POL), Walgreens, and CVS, plus the ability to quickly master the requirements of various other retailers.
- Advanced Communication: Exceptional written skills for managing email traffic and the ability to professionally represent clients in difficult dispute negotiations.
- Meticulously Organized: A systematic approach to managing high volumes of documentation, data, and follow-ups without losing track of details.
- Analytical Mindset: The ability to identify patterns in deductions across diverse retail platforms and propose logical, permanent corrections.
