Location: Remote – Colombia
Work Environment: Colombian and international teams
Work Hours: (Full-Time) – Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM. PST // 9:00AM-6:00P.M -10:00AM-7:00P.M COL time
Contract Type: Long-term with full benefits in accordance with Colombian labor law
Salary : $3.500.000COP
Languages Required: Advanced English and Spanish (Bilingual)
Expertise Level: 2 – 4 years of experience .

Role: Tier 1 Support THE ROLE:
We’re seeking a Retirement Plan Document Specialist . This role is designed for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with retirement plan documentation, regulatory compliance, and client support.
You’ll play a key role in preparing, updating, and managing retirement plan documents, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an exceptional client experience throughout the documentation process.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: High school diploma required; additional education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in financial services, retirement plans, document processing, or another regulated industry is preferred.
- Skills:
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel); experience with PandaDoc, Salesforce, FT William, and/or SharePoint is a plus; excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Characteristics: Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage high-volume workloads, self-motivated, adaptable, customer-focused, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Complete and manage plan document creation and amendments, ensuring all updates are executed in alignment with regulatory requirements and client requests
- Collaborate with the team to work through complex questions and situations as they arise
- Ensure accuracy and completeness on all plan documents
- Send documentation to clients for signature
- Upload signed documents to the internal filing system
- Follow up with clients via email and phone as needed
- Process a high volume of plan restatements with consistent accuracy
Additional Functions
- Partner with other internal departments to ensure seamless process execution and information flow.
- Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders promptly and professionally, providing accurate data and context.
- Support and hoc administrative projects and process improvement initiatives as needed.
- Perform other duties as required.

- High-volume plan documents and restatements processed accurately and on time
- Full regulatory compliance maintained across all documentation
- Clients receive timely follow-up and a smooth documentation experience
- Signed documents consistently uploaded and filed correctly
- Internal stakeholders receive accurate, professional responses
- Independent remote performance with minimal oversight required
