We are currently hiring on behalf of one of our partner companies that specializes in delivering business support services for medical practices and healthcare service providers across the U.S. through marketing, call center, and operational solutions.

Position Overview

We’re looking for a motivated and personable Sales Representative to join our team. This role focuses on identifying, reaching, and nurturing relationships with medical practices that can benefit from our range of services. The adecuado candidate is proactive, organized, and comfortable managing conversations with physicians, clinic administrators, and practice owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and qualify leads within the healthcare sector (medical, dental, aesthetics, behavioral health, etc.).
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to book consultations.
- Present and explain our company’s services (marketing, call center, credentialing, operations support,



etc.) in a professional and consultative manner.
- Maintain accurate lead data and activity notes in the CRM.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Follow up with warm leads and provide consistent communication throughout the sales cycle.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and activity targets.

Requirements

- Proven experience in B2C sales, ideally within healthcare, digital marketing, or service industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
- Self‑motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
- Tech‑savvy with experience using CRM systems and communication tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, GHL, etc.).
