What You’ll Do:

- Analyze accounts to identify underpayments, denials, and missed charges.
- Prepare and submit appeals, claim corrections, and follow-ups with payers and clearinghouses.
- Reconcile payments, post adjustments, and ensure accurate account records.
- Communicate with payer representatives and, when required, with patients to clarify balances and resolve discrepancies.
- Track recovery metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to reduce future revenue leakage.
- Use CRM, billing systems,



and Excel to document actions and maintain clear audit trails.

What You Bring / What You’ll Need:

- Prior experience in revenue recovery, claims follow-up, denials management, or collections (healthcare/insurance experience is a strong plus).
- Strong English communication skills (B2+).
- Technical comfort with Microsoft Excel and experience with EHR/billing/CRM software or clearinghouse platforms.
- Detail-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills for managing multiple accounts.
- Problem-solving attitude and persistence to drive complex recoveries to resolution.
