About the Role:

As a Content Moderation Agent, you will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing content within the gaming ecosystem to ensure compliance with safety and behavior policies. You will identify, manage, and report inappropriate behaviors, offensive content, and any fraudulent activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable gaming experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities:





? Monitor and moderate content within the gaming platform, ensuring it complies with trust and safety policies, and maintaining an environment free from toxic behavior, harassment, or fraud.

? Handle security incidents, including identifying inappropriate content, offensive conduct, cheating, and other policy violations.

? Report on performance metrics, including service levels, productivity, and contact rates, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
