Schedule: Monday to Friday 10AM-8PM PST COLOMBIA: 1:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Position: Full Time Start Date: As soon as possible

Job description: We are seeking a Scheduler to join our team in a dynamic, clientfacing role supporting Synergy HomeCare operations. This is a hybrid position offering long-term growth opportunities for the right candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Requirements:
-English CV
-Experience: 1-2 years in Customer Service or Schedulinn.
Responsibilities:
-Source, screen, and conduct virtual interviews for caregiver positions




-Manage candidate pipeline and applicant tracking
-Conduct initial candidate pre-screening & conduct virtual 1st Interview
-Complete all documentation follow ups & work with hiring managers on candidate selection
-Staffing & Scheduling Create and manage caregiver schedules to ensure client coverage
-Handle shift changes, call-offs, and scheduling conflicts, and clock in/clock out verifications
-Monitor staffing levels and proactively address gaps Coordinate with caregivers and clients on scheduling needs
-Client Relations Serve as operational point of contact for client inquiries
