? Intake Specialist – Join a Growing Legal Team ?
Are you passionate about sales, communication, and customer service? This is your chance to join a prestigious law firm in Medellín (Astorga) and become the first voice that guides our clients on their legal journey.
? What You’ll Do
- Be the first point of contact for potential new clients, offering empathetic and professional support.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and SMS quickly and effectively.
- Actively listen, ask key questions, and document essential information to assess cases.
- Close deals and convert prospects into clients, driving the firm’s growth.
- Meet productivity quotas and follow call flows to ensure a seamless intake process.
- Send documents for electronic signature to finalize client onboarding.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

? What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma.
- English level C1 or above.




- Typing speed of at least 30 WPM (Escritura de Palabras por minuto).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales-oriented BPO or BPO experience.
- Experience using at least two software programs or CRMs.
- Excellent communication, empathy, and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and adaptability to company growth.

- Rotating schedule between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM (ET).
