We are Emperor Rentals, a fast-growing vacation rental management company in Tampa Bay, Florida, managing 100+ Airbnb and short-term rental properties. We're looking for a sharp, reliable, bilingual Maintenance Coordinator to join our team long-term and grow with us. You will work directly with our Repairs & Maintenance Manager and become the operational backbone of our maintenance department—keeping vendors moving, projects on track, and guests taken care of when something breaks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO • Build and maintain relationships with our network of vendors and contractors (plumbers, electricians, HVAC techs, handymen, etc.)

- Source new vendors, request quotes, and negotiate pricing
- Dispatch vendors to properties and follow up until every job is 100% complete
- Track open maintenance projects daily and keep our systems updated
- Respond to maintenance emergencies quickly and calmly—coordinate the right people to solve the problem fast
- Follow up on guest-reported issues and close the loop with our Guest Services team
- Provide after-hours support when guest emergencies come up (rotating/as needed) WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Fluent English AND Spanish (spoken and written)—many of our vendors are Spanish-speaking, so this is a big plus
- Experience in maintenance coordination, property management, vacation rentals, dispatching, or a similar operations role strongly preferred
- Excellent phone communication skills—you'll be calling vendors daily and must be confident and professional
