Job Title: Recruiter - Talent Acquisition (English/Spanish Bilingual)

About Us: Orchid supports U.S.-based companies with highly trained, bilingual professionals based in Colombia.

About the Role: Part-time, remote role responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing bilingual professionals to support Orchid’s U.S.-based clients. The day-to-day tasks involve:

Creating job postings, screening candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews

Updating applicant tracking systems

Coordinating assessments and managing candidate pipelines for both temporary and long-term placements.

Negotiating offers and supporting onboarding activities.

The Staffing Recruiter will collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to understand role requirements, ensure strong candidate-client fit, and maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process.

The role also requires continuous market research to refine sourcing strategies and maintain a robust talent network aligned with Orchid’s quality and compliance standards. Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in Staffing Services and placement, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines.





Proven Recruiting and Hiring skills, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers and placements.

Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with candidates, internal teams, and client partners.

Familiarity with remote recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems; proficiency in using digital platforms for interviews and candidate management.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

Bilingual English/Spanish communication capabilities strongly preferred, particularly for recruiting talent in Colombia.

Understanding of professional service environments (law, real estate, healthcare) and related staffing needs is a plus.

Relevant education or training in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruiting and staffing.
