We are a real estate appraisal support company seeking a detail-oriented report writer to join our team onsite in El Poblado, Medellín. You will process and compile UAD-compliant appraisal data for US single-family and condominium property assignments using ACI appraisal software.

This is a fully onsite position. Candidates must be based in Medellín and able to commute to El Poblado daily.

What You'll Do

Extract and organize property data from source documents including geodata reports, MLS listings, purchase contracts, AMC order sheets, and inspection sheets, then compile complete data sets for entry into ACI appraisal software. You will work on US residential property assignments primarily in New York City boroughs and Long Island.

Requirements

Strong English reading and writing proficiency — all documents and communication are in English

High attention to detail and accuracy — field-level precision is critical

Comfortable working with structured data,



forms, and document-heavy workflows

Reliable and able to meet 24–48 hour turnaround deadlines

Based in Medellín and available to work onsite in El Poblado

Nice to Have

Prior experience in US real estate support roles such as transaction coordination, mortgage processing, title, or appraisal

Familiarity with US property records, MLS systems, or real estate valuation concepts

Experience with ACI appraisal software (not required — full training provided)

Background in architecture, civil engineering, or real estate in Colombia or internationally
