Qualifications

Required

- 3-5 years of experience in RAN, wireless networks, or network performance analysis
- Strong knowledge of LTE, 5G, and Wi-Fi technologies
- Solid understanding of RF principles and network optimization techniques
- Experience monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues, and performing root cause analysis
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, or R for network data analysis
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization tools
- Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
- Strong analytical,



problem-solving, and communication skills

Nice to Have
- Background in business intelligence or data analytics
- Exposure to large-scale network data environments
- Experience collaborating with engineering, product, or customer experience teams
- Knowledge of automation or scripting for network analysis

Responsibilities

- Analyze and monitor RAN and wireless network performance using key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Identify, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis for LTE, 5G, and Wi-Fi network issues
- Support network optimization initiatives to improve network coverage, quality, reliability, and efficiency
- Extract, analyze, and interpret network data using analytical tools
- Develop dashboards and reports to track network performance trends and insights
- Detect anomalies, bottlenecks, and service degradation through continuous network monitoring
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve network performance and user experience
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and customer-facing teams to enhance network performance
- Proactively identify at-risk network conditions and recommend preventive actions
- Maintain documentation of analytical methodologies, KPIs, and reporting processes
- Contribute to continuous improvements in network analytics, monitoring, and reporting practices
