Requirements

- QA Automation Testing.
- Experience with enterprise web applications.
- Automated testing frameworks such as Playwright (Nice to have: Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent).
- Experience with RESTful API testing using Postman or similar tools.
- Experience validating functional workflows, approval flows, user roles, and application behavior.
- Experience executing functional, regression, integration, and accessibility testing.
- Familiarity with Angular-based front-end applications and .NET back-end services.
- Experience validating responsive design and cross-browser compatibility across devices and browsers.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, including WCAG.
- Experience creating test cases based on user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and defect tracking processes.
- Experience collaborating with Business Analysts, Front End, and Back End Developers.
- 4+ years of experience in QA Automation testing.

develop, and maintain automated test cases for the FFS module integrated into the Operations Portal.
- Validate end-to-end business workflows, approval flows, user roles, and functional behavior.
- Execute functional, regression, integration, and accessibility testing.
- Perform API testing and validation for services and integrations related to Convergence, BEO, and ServiceNow.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Analyst to validate user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules.
- Collaborate with Front End and Back End Developers to identify, reproduce, and validate defect resolution.
- Validate responsive behavior and cross-browser compatibility across supported devices and browsers.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, execution, and evidence documentation.
