Maintain procurement data and documentation in accordance with internal procedures. Monitor and process purchase requisitions and issue purchase orders from established contracts and suppliers.

Track orders by monitoring lead times to delivery and managing communication with suppliers and internal customers regarding any delays.

What We're Looking For At least 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in procurement.

Experience in purchasing equipment and services is considered an asset.

Advanced

English level. Good organizational and time-management skills. Knowledge of MS Excel and experience working with ERP systems.
