Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Improve and streamline internal workflows to drive operational efficiency across departments.
- Manage internal systems such as EPIC and CRM platforms to track leads, referrals, and key growth metrics.
- Develop, document, and standardize operational processes and best practices.
Business Development
- Partner with leadership to identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion and revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to support strategic planning and business decisions.
- Monitor performance metrics and deliver insightful reports and recommendations.
Marketing & Outreach
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns aimed at acquiring new patients.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with referral sources, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Track outreach efforts and performance, providing data-driven insights to optimize strategies.
Project Management
- Oversee growth-related projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, roadblocks, and key milestones to stakeholders.
Administrative Support
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and stakeholder follow-ups.
- Assist with other growth-related tasks and special projects as needed.
