About The Job We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Senior Analyst to oversee our end-to-end purchasing operations, vendor management, and financial alignment. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between internal teams, external vendors, and the finance department, ensuring seamless procurement processes, on-time deliveries, and strict budget adherence. As a Procurement Senior Analyst, You Will… Manage and triage incoming procurement requests within the Jira ticketing queue to ensure timely resolution.

Solicit, analyze, and negotiate competitive vendor quotations to optimize cost and value.

Create Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and drive cross-functional approval workflows to issue Purchase Orders (POs) on time.





Issue Purchase Orders to vendors and proactively track manufacturing and delivery timelines.

Coordinate logistics to guarantee internal clients receive materials and services within agreed SLAs.

Maintain and update the vendor database to ensure accurate information.

Collaborate closely with the Finance team to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure accurate and timely processing.

Own, maintain, and regularly update the procurement department’s budget tracking files.

Drive the monthly accrual process. As a Procurement Senior Analyst, You Need… Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Systems, or related) or Business Administration.

1 year of experience in procurement, supply chain, or operations management roles.

Proficiency with ticketing and workflow tools (e.g., Jira).

Hands-on experience with ERP/Procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for budget tracking, data analysis, and accruals.

Strong negotiation abilities, excellent cross-departmental communication, high attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
