BACKGROUND The Brink's Company (NYSE: BCO) is the global leader in total cash management, route-based secure logistics, and payment solutions. Our customers include financial institutions, retailers, government agencies, mints, jewelers, and other commercial operations across more than 100 countries.
As part of a global Source-to-Pay transformation leveraging Coupa and ServiceNow, Brink's is establishing a Procurement Center of Excellence (COE) and PMO function to drive governance, standardization, and operational alignment across procurement processes. This function serves as the control point between business users, category teams, shared services (MSP), and system partners to ensure effective execution of the global design. JOB SUMMARY
This is not a traditional procurement sourcing role. We are seeking a Procurement Transformation and PMO professional responsible for governance, execution control, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and post-go-live stabilization across a global Source-to-Pay transformation.
The Procurement Transformation PMO Lead is a critical role within the Procurement GPO/PMO function, responsible for ensuring end-to-end execution visibility, cross-functional coordination, and operational risk management as Brink's transitions into post-go-live stabilization and scale.
This role reports into the S2C Global Process Owner within the Procurement GPO/PMO function and will act as the execution control layer across the Source-to-Pay lifecycle, coordinating across intake, sourcing, contracting, supplier onboarding, and transaction execution.
The role will work closely with Category teams, Finance, AP, IT, Accenture, and the Managed Services Provider (MSP)
to ensure that processes operate as intended and that risks are proactively identified and mitigated.
This role is accountable for ensuring stable execution across procurement processes, minimizing operational disruption, and enabling scalable adoption of the Source-to-Pay operating model post go-live.
This role partners with Performance & Compliance to support root cause analysis and drive resolution of gaps identified through KPI monitoring. Success in this role will be measured by:
Stable process execution
Reduced operational escalations
Increased adoption of procurement processes across users and suppliers
Effective governance and execution of the Source-to-Pay operating model
This role fills a critical gap between process design and operational execution, ensuring that defined processes are effectively implemented and sustained at scale. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Structure and manage operational exceptions across process, supplier, and system dimensions
Ensure resolution paths are clearly defined, tracked, and incorporated into continuous improvement
Escalate critical risks and issues through appropriate governance forums
GDD Alignment & Process Governance
Monitor execution against Global Design (GDD) and intended process flows
