Develops and maintains process maps, workflows, and documentation

Supports identification and analysis of efficiency and quality gaps

Assists with root cause analysis and solution design

Supports implementation of standard work and controls

Tracks improvement actions and basic benefit realization

Collaborates cross-functionally on routine initiatives

Escalates risks and issues per defined governance

Your Background

Preferred Qualification: Degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field

Preferred Qualification: 2+ years experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or shared services environments

Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of relevant experience, or Associate's Degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or High School Diploma or Equivalent and 6 years of relevant experience AMER

Mandatory: Advanced level of english

Advanced level of Excel and Microsoft Suite

Idóneo medical devices company experience

Plus- previous experience in process flow plataforms, smartsheet and sharepoint

Plus PMO skills - follow ups, assertive communication with stakeholders
