About the Company

We are looking for a Creative Virtual Assistant to support the promotion and growth of a Spanish-language podcast and addiction recovery education brand.

About the Role The adecuado candidate has experience in social media marketing, content creation, podcast promotion, and audience engagement across multiple digital platforms.

Responsibilities

- Promote podcast episodes on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging social media content, including captions, hooks, reels, graphics, and short-form videos.
- Repurpose existing podcast and TEDx content into multiple content formats.
- Develop YouTube thumbnails and compelling video titles/hooks.
- Manage content calendars and publishing schedules.
- Research and support outreach to Spanish-language media outlets, podcasts, and community partners.
- Assist with marketing campaigns to increase audience growth and brand awareness.
- Recommend AI tools and automation solutions to improve marketing efficiency.

Qualifications

- Native-level Spanish and fluent English communication skills.




- 1-3+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Experience writing engaging marketing copy, captions, and social media hooks.
- Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Opus Clip, ChatGPT, and other AI tools.
- Highly organized, creative, and able to work independently.
- Experience with podcast promotion, YouTube optimization, or media outreach is a plus.
- Familiarity with mental health, recovery, wellness, or related industries is preferred.

Work Schedule 20 hours/week, Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-2:00 PM CST (flexible within morning hours)
