We are seeking a seasoned performance marketer to lead paid digital programs across channels. This role owns setup, optimization, and analytics for campaigns driving pipeline and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage paid search, social, and display campaigns across platforms.
- Write and test ad copy tied to buyer intent and persona needs.
- Implement ABM programs and nurture journeys across email and paid.
- Leverage automation and AI tools for continuous optimization.
- Track and report on campaign performance across pipeline stages.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluency in English, both written and oral
- 5+ years experience in B2B performance marketing.
- Expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and retargeting strategies.
- Experience with ABM and full-funnel nurturing.
- Strong copywriting and testing skillset.
- Proficiency in analytics, attribution, and campaign reporting.
