We're looking for a Payroll Support Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract!

In this role, you'll provide first-level support to employees by assisting with payroll-related inquiries, investigating payment issues, and ensuring cases are resolved efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience.

What you'll do:

Respond to payroll inquiries via phone and other support channels.

Investigate issues related to payroll, taxes, deductions, and benefits.

Document, track, and follow up on payroll cases.

Escalate complex issues when needed.

Support payroll reporting and process improvements.

What we're looking for:

- 1- 3 years of experience in Payroll, Payroll Support, or Payroll Customer Service.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, taxes, deductions, and employee benefits.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, Oracle, SAP, UKG, Ceridian, or similar is a plus.
