Remote Part-Time Social Media Manager

Location: Remote - Bogotá, Colombia. Hours: 14 hours per week, with the possibility of increasing to 18 hours during campaign-heavy weeks.

Pay: $16-$18 USD per hour.

We are hiring a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Remote Part-Time Social Media Specialist based in Bogotá, Colombia. This person will manage content across our social media platforms and help showcase our homes, communities, customer stories, design inspiration, available opportunities, and company updates. The ideal candidate has professional social media or community management experience, excellent written English, and the ability to maintain a consistent online presence for a trusted U.S.-based home builder. The candidate must also be skilled in creating AI-generated videos using generative AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Triple Crown Homes' business social media accounts.
- Create, schedule, and publish approximately 4 high-quality posts across Instagram and Facebook, plus 6 Stories on a weekly basis and 2+ Houzz updates according to project volume. Adapt content, captions, format, and calls to action as needed for each platform rather than simply duplicating every post.
- Create, schedule, and publish content for Houzz, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Create engaging AI-generated videos using generative AI tools.
- Stay current on social media and generative AI trends relevant to homebuilding, real estate, design, and local community marketing.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels.
- Remain available and respond promptly to messages from the manager during agreed-upon U.S. Eastern Time working hours.
- Showcase custom homes, model homes, floor plans, communities,



design features, and company updates.
- Coordinate remotely with the internal team to edit and publish photos, videos, project details, and approved content.
- Write clear, polished captions that encourage engagement and support lead generation.
- Organize and maintain a social media content calendar.
- Track performance metrics, including engagement, reach, audience growth, and other relevant indicators.
- Ensure all published content is accurate, professional, and aligned with the Triple Crown Homes brand.

Requirements

- At least 2 years of professional experience in social media management or community management of business social media accounts.
- Experience managing business social media accounts on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and preferably Houzz.
- Demonstrated skill in creating AI-generated videos with generative AI tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. (C1+).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Experience creating captions, organizing content, and maintaining a consistent posting schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Professional communication skills.
- Comfort using scheduling tools, social media platforms, cloud-based file systems, and standard computer applications.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Availability during agreed-upon U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
- Reliable internet access and a suitable remote-work setup.
- A positive attitude, coachability, and a genuine interest in helping tell the Triple Crown Homes story.

Preferred Experience

- At least 1 year of experience managing social media accounts for a new-home or homebuilding company.




- Social media management experience in construction, real estate, interior design, remodeling, or a related industry.
- Photo and video content edition and creation experience.

Schedule and Work Environment

- Remote, adaptable part-time position for candidates based in Bogotá, Colombia.
- Standard schedule of 14 hours per week.
- 4 social media posts per week for Instagram and Facebook, including a mix of photos, carousels, Reels, and AI-generated videos.
- 6 Instagram/Facebook Stories per week when there is enough project, team, or home content available.
- 2 or more Houzz post or project update per wee depending on number of projects (or every other week if they are uploading a full project with multiple photos).
- Possibility of increasing to 18 hours during campaign-heavy weeks.
- Work is performed remotely, with regular communication by email, messaging, and video meetings.
- Candidates must be available for prompt communication during agreed-upon U.S. Eastern Time business hours.
- The schedule may vary depending on business needs, content requirements, and campaign activity.

Compensation

- Hourly rate: $16-$18 USD per hour.
- Standard 14-hour weekly compensation: $224-$252 USD per week.
- Campaign-heavy 18-hour weekly compensation: $288-$324 USD per week.

Additional hours may be offered based on campaign requirements, performance, and company needs.
