We are seeking a detail-oriented Ocean Freight Documentation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will manage the booking and documentation lifecycle for containerized international ocean freight shipments, working directly with major shipping lines (e.g., Maersk, MSC, CMA CGM, Hapag-Lloyd, ONE, COSCO) to ensure shipments move efficiently, accurately, and in full compliance with international trade regulations.

Qualifications
- 1–3+ years in freight forwarding (Ocean Freight preferred)
- Advanced English (C1/B2)

- Strong organizational, communication & problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple shipments under deadlines
