We’re hiring a Meta Media Buyer who knows how to turn attention into action… and action into revenue.

This is a performance role.

Not a “set it and forget it” position.

Not client-facing.

This role is remote.

Preference for candidates located in Colombia or Central America for time-zone alignment.

What You’ll Do

- Build, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook + Instagram) ad campaigns
- Launch, test, and scale offers with a clear performance mindset
- Work inside Meta’s Andromeda update and understand how it impacts structure, creative, and optimization
- Analyze performance data daily and make decisive optimizations
- Collaborate internally on creative angles, hooks, and messaging
- Improve lead quality, not just cost per lead
- Own performance outcomes across assigned accounts

What We’re Looking For

- Proven experience running Meta ads with real budgets




- Familiarity with Meta’s Andromeda framework and post-update best practices
- Strong understanding of creative testing and funnel flow
- Strategic thinker who goes beyond “turning knobs”
- Comfortable being accountable for results
- Clear internal communicator who works independently

Nice to Have (Not Required)

- Experience with local or service-based businesses
- Retargeting and full-funnel strategy experience
- Familiarity with high-trust, non-hype brands
