Whats unique about this job (What you’ll do) The Member Service Agent team is the first responders’ team, providing live attention to PriceSmart members and non-members inquiries about our business, services and products.

Chat live agents provide support via chat service at Pricesmart.com.

Responsibilities: Provide excellent service to members via our digital customer service channels.

Service pricesmart.com chat channel to provide assistance to member needs received through the channel.

Escalate matters internally to seek proper solutions for our members needs and requests on a timely manner. Bring your passion and expertise (Who you are) Student or degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related careers.

3+ years of professional work experience in Customer Service.

Must have good business writing skills and must possess excellent grammar and spelling.

Excellent verbal communication and organization skills with the ability to present ideas and information clearly.

Must have excellent analytic skills to process information and clearly define the problem and solution.

People-oriented and good attitude towards service. Must also be calmed and used to work under pressure.

Team player and the ability to integrate with diverse departments.
