? About the Role
As a Payroll Tax Assistant, you will support our payroll tax department with daily administrative duties, ensuring smooth processing and maintaining accuracy in tax-related tasks.
? Responsibilities
• Support the Payroll Tax department in daily operations.
• Assist with daily tax processing and quarter-end procedures.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail.
• Prioritize and resolve assigned tasks within Pulse (case management system).
? Required Skills




• Excellent organizational skills.
• Strong time-management abilities with minimal supervision.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Highly motivated with great attention to detail.
? Education & Experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 5 months of experience in a related field or industry.
